The Polymaker EU wholesale platform is designed exclusively for approved business customers within the European Union. To ensure compliance with tax, logistics, and internal operational requirements, all registrations are reviewed before access is granted.

This page explains exactly what is required for a successful application and the most common reasons for rejection, so you can prepare your information correctly before registering.

Countries we currently ship-to from our wholesale platform are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.


Basic Eligibility Requirements

To be approved for a Polymaker EU wholesale account, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. EU-Registered Company

  • Your company must be legally registered within the European Union.
  • Personal, individual, or consumer registrations are not supported.

2. Valid EU VAT Number

  • A valid EU VAT number is mandatory.
  • VAT numbers must:
    • Start with an EU country code (e.g., DE, FR, NL, IT)
    • Contain 8–12 alphanumeric characters after the country code
  • VAT numbers are checked for validity during the review process.
  • If you aren't sure if your VAT number is correct, you can validate it yourself using the VIES VAT number validation tool.
⚠️ Important: UK (GB) VAT numbers are no longer supported through the EU wholesale platform.

3. Matching Billing Country and VAT Country

  • The billing country must match the country of your VAT registration.
  • Mismatches (e.g., a German VAT number with a French billing address) will result in rejection.

4. Valid & Deliverable Shipping Address

  • The provided shipping address must:
    • Be complete and accurate
    • Be located within the EU
    • Be serviceable by our logistics partners

5. One Account per Company Entity

  • Each legal company entity may have only one wholesale account.
  • Duplicate registrations for the same company will be rejected.

 


UK Businesses – Special Notice

Due to regulatory and logistics complexity:
  • UK-based companies cannot place orders directly via the EU wholesale website.
  • We are unable to validate UK (GB) VAT numbers within the EU system.

Cyprus (CY) & Malta (MT) – Temporary Shipping Restriction

Due to shipping complexity and the need for customized freight quotations, we are temporarily unable to accept wholesale registrations for companies registered in:
  • Cyprus (CY)
  • Malta (MT)
This restriction applies only to automated ordering on the EU wholesale platform.

What Happens If Your Registration Is Rejected?

If your application does not meet one or more of the requirements:
  • Your registration will be rejected after review
  • Your submitted personal data will be erased from our system

Can you reapply?

Yes. You are welcome to register again if:
  • Your company information changes
  • Errors are corrected
  • You can provide the required documentation or valid details

Yes, we have discount price for our approved wholesale buyers, we also offer standard bulk discounts if you order multiple of 10 (box) or 500 (pallet).

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Polymaker EU wholesale site supplies products exclusively to business customers (B2B). As a result, standard consumer return rights (such as “change of mind” returns) do not apply. All sales are considered final unless a product has a quality issue or manufacturing defect.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners, but mainly DHL. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. On the EU wholesale website, we only allow orders to European Union countries. If you wish to place an order for other countries, please contact us directly via orderdesk.eu@polymaker.com.

Orders typically shipped out within 2-3 business days, depending on volume and stock availability.
Processed orders will take 2-4 business days to arrive within Benelux. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. For larger bulk orders or special requests, lead times may vary. We will notify you of any delays.
