Order Processing
To ensure a fair and efficient workflow, our order processing times differ based on the type of business customer:

Resellers & Distributors
Orders placed by customers who resell our products are processed within 3–5 business days.

Business End-Users
Orders placed by customers who use our products internally (not for resale) are processed within 1–2 business days.
If you believe your account has been incorrectly categorized, please contact us so we can review and update your profile.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched.
Please note that actual processing times may vary during peak periods or due to stock availability. No rights can be derived from earlier estimated shipping dates, for more details please check out terms and conditions.
How Shipping Is Calculated
Shipping charges are calculated by the total weight of the order and the destination country. We use tiered parcel rates per 30 kg and tiered pallet rates by total shipment weight. A country’s Max Parcel indicates the final parcel tier available for that destination; above that, pallet pricing applies. Where parcel and pallet ranges overlap (e.g., from 120 kg), we will apply the applicable rate based on carrier constraints as reflected in the table below.
Parcel weight tiers (kg): 0–29.99, 30–59.99, 60–89.99, 90–119.99, 120–149.99, 150–179.99, 180–209.99, 210–239.99 (and for some countries: 240–269.99, 270–299.99).
Pallet weight tiers (kg): 120–649.99, 650–1299.99, 1300–1949.99, 1950–2599.99, 2600–3249.99, 3250–3899.99, >3900 (Custom).
