Description
PolyFlex™️ TPU90, created from Covestro’s Addigy®️ family, is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based filament designed to provide great flexibility without compromising on printing speed.
We highly recommend to use a direct drive printer to print PolyFlex™ TPU90. A direct drive printer is a printer with the extruder mounted on top of the hot end.
Printing Temperature: 210˚C - 230˚C
Bed Temperature: 25˚C - 60˚C
Printing Speed: 30mm/s - 60mm/s
Fan: ON
Direct Drive:
Retraction Distance: 3mm
Retraction Speed: 40mm/s
Indirect Drive:
Retraction Distance: 6mm
Retraction Speed: 60mm/s
Drying Settings: 70˚C for 8h
(Only if the material has absorbed moisture)
PolyFlex™ TPU90 is easier to print than similar flexible material thank to its high melt index.

Yes, we ship all over the world. However, on the EU wholesale website, we only allow orders to European Union countries. If you wish to place an order for other countries, please contact us directly via orderdesk.eu@polymaker.com.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners, mainly DHL for Europe. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
It depends on where you are. Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive in other European countries. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
