Over the past few months, we've completed a major upgrade to our internal order processing systems. Everything you interact with stays exactly the same or even better, but what happens behind the scenes is now faster, more reliable, and more transparent.

Same Wholesale Platform, Better Experience

At Polymaker, we're committed to making your wholesale experience as smooth as possible. We've invested in upgrading the internal systems that process your orders after you click "Place Order" on our wholesale store. You'll continue to use the exact same wholesale platform, same login, same product catalog, but better checkout process, better order overview. All improvements are happening behind the scenes, designed to get your orders to you faster and with fewer hiccups.

What's New for You

Here are the improvements you'll notice as a Polymaker wholesale partner:
  • Your Orders Move Faster to Fulfillment
    Orders now flow into our warehouse system in approximately one minute after you place them. Automatic validation checks for product availability, pricing, and shipping details mean your orders reach fulfillment faster, with fewer delays.

  • Payment Terms? No Problem! 
    If you have approved payment terms (Net 7, 15, 30, or 60), the immediate payment will be skipped at checkout and instead you will sees the agreed terms. You can choose to provide your Credit card information so that we are authorized to charge it on due date, or you can skip and choose the payment method later in your account. Your order confirms and proceed directly to fulfillment without waiting for payment confirmation.

  • Possibility to pay offline via Bank Transfer
    When placing an order, partners can now select this option to view our bank details and complete your payment directly through your own bank. Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as the transfer is verified.

  • Real-Time Tracking in Your Account
    Within about five minutes of your order shipping, tracking numbers, carrier details, and fulfillment status appear automatically on your order page. We also now support partial shipments, so each item gets its own tracking information.

  • Proper VAT Invoices Delivered Automatically
    For our EU wholesale partners, commercial invoices are now automatically generated and emailed to you after shipment, no more confusion between order receipts and tax-compliant invoices. 

  • More Flexibility to Modify Orders
    Need to update a shipping address, adjust quantities, or apply a discount? Before your order reaches the picking stage in our warehouse, we can still make these changes for you. Simply let us know asap and updates will sync automatically to our backend. Please note, there's a 30-minute buffer window right after placing an order for quick corrections.

  • Fewer Errors, Faster Resolution
    Our upgraded systems now proactively monitor every order. If an issue arises — such as an inventory discrepancy or data mismatch — it's automatically detected and flagged to our operations team. That means faster fixes and fewer orders slipping through the cracks.

What Happens When You Place an Order

Here's what happens behind the scenes from the moment you click "Place Order" to when your package arrives:
  1. You place your order on the Polymaker EU wholesale store, same as always, but with more payment possibilities, e.g. Payment Terms, bank transfer. 
  2. Instant validation: Within about a minute, your order is automatically checked and queued for our warehouse team.
  3. We pick, pack, and ship: Our warehouse team prepares your order and hands it to the carrier.
  4. You get automatic updates: Tracking details appear on your order page within about 5 minutes after shipment. If we split your order into multiple shipment, you will see exactly what's shipped and not. Meantime, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with track&trace link. For EU orders, your VAT invoice is generated and emailed automatically.
This streamlined, closed-loop process means greater accuracy and real-time visibility for you at every step.

What Stays the Same: Your Familiar Experience

Your shopping experience is slightly improved. You will continue to browse, order, and track through the same Polymaker wholesale storefront you've always used, but with more convenient features. All enhancements work silently in the background to serve you better.
